Refund policy

Returns are possible within 30 days

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). The return period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), physically takes possession of the product.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can send us a clear statement by email indicating that you wish to cancel the agreement. We will confirm your withdrawal request and provide you with the return address.

Items must be in their original condition and include the original labels and tags.
The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
Items to be returned must show no signs of use.
Hygiene products (such as underwear) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

If items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately the return cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Return Costs

The cost of returning items is at the customer's expense. Returns are always at the sender's risk. Please ensure you have proof of postage with a track & trace code. Lost returns without proof of postage will not be reimbursed.

Processing Costs for Returns

At Harlow Leather Co. we do not charge a restocking fee or any administrative costs for returns. If you return an item within the set return period and it meets all return conditions, the full purchase amount will be refunded with no additional deductions on our part.

Refunds

For a full return, you will receive the full purchase amount back. For a partial return, only the returned items will be refunded.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Procedure

Contact our customer service at support@harlowleatherco.com to register your return and request a return label.

Send the parcel to the return address provided by us, with a track & trace code.

Exchange

It is possible to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product, provided the item is in its original condition, with labels and unworn.

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@harlowleatherco.com. Any shipping costs for exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@harlowleatherco.com.

Has the order already been shipped? You can still return the items within 30 days in accordance with our return policy.

Wrong Item or Wrong Size?

If you accidentally receive the wrong item or the wrong size, we will send you the correct item free of charge.
