At Harlow Leather Co. you enjoy free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping costs will be charged. You pay only for the product.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to customers within the United Kingdom only.
Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 17:00 (BST) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00 (BST) are processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
The average delivery time within the United Kingdom is 4 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday).
The total delivery time is 5 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday).
In exceptional circumstances, such as public holidays or busy periods with delivery services, the delivery time may vary.
We ship our parcels via reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL and Evri.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your parcel through to delivery.
Problems with Your Delivery?
If the expected delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please wait an additional three business days.
If the order has still not been delivered after that, please contact us at support@harlowleatherco.com. We will help you as quickly as possible.
