If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated that the terms and conditions can be inspected at the trader's premises and will be sent free of charge upon request.
In the case of electronic contracts, the terms and conditions may be made available electronically in a manner that allows them to be stored on a durable medium.
If this is not possible, it will be stated where the consumer can view them electronically.
If additional product or service terms and conditions apply alongside these terms, the consumer may, in the event of a conflict, rely on the most favourable provision.
If one or more provisions are wholly or partially null and void or annulled, the contract and these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in force.
The relevant provision shall be replaced by a provision that approximates the original purpose as closely as possible.
Situations not covered by these terms and conditions shall be assessed in the spirit of these terms and conditions.
Ambiguities regarding the interpretation or content of provisions shall be interpreted in the spirit of these terms and conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
The offer is subject to change. The trader reserves the right to modify and adjust the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the consumer to make a fair assessment of the offer.
If the trader uses images, these are a truthful representation of the products and/or services offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the trader.
All images and specifications in the offer are indicative and cannot give rise to any claim for compensation or dissolution of the contract.
Images of products are a truthful representation of the products offered.
The trader cannot guarantee that the colours displayed correspond exactly to the actual colours of the products.
Every offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are associated with accepting the offer.
This applies in particular to shipping costs, payment methods, delivery terms, the right of withdrawal and customer obligations.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set.
If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the trader confirms receipt of the acceptance promptly by electronic means.
Until receipt has been confirmed, the consumer may dissolve the contract.
The trader takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic transactions and payment data.
Every contract is concluded subject to sufficient availability of the products.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract without giving reasons within 30 days.
The cooling-off period begins on the day after the consumer physically receives the product.
During this period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be sent by email or in writing within 30 days of receipt.
After notification, the products must be returned within 30 days.
Article 7 – Costs Upon Withdrawal
Return costs are at the consumer's expense unless the return results from an error on the part of the trader.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for custom-made products, personalised items, hygiene products with broken seals and other products permitted by applicable law.
Article 9 – The Price
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change and obvious errors.
Price increases after conclusion of the contract are only permitted where allowed by law.
No rights can be derived from pricing, typographical or printing errors.
